• Your phone / WhatsApp number
• Where you currently work (Singapore, Johor Bahru or elsewhere)
• Your preferred unit layout and purpose of purchase (own stay or investment)
• Anything else you choose to tell us through WhatsApp, phone or email

Information collected automatically

• Advertising and campaign information, such as ad click identifiers (for example Google's gclid), campaign names, keywords and UTM parameters
• The page you arrived from (referrer) and the page you submitted the form on
• Technical data such as browser type, device and IP address, processed by our hosting and analytics providers

You are not required to provide your personal data. However, if you do not provide your name and contact number, we will not be able to send you the information you requested.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

• To send you the price list, floor plans, project details and updates you requested
• To contact you by WhatsApp, phone call, SMS or email about this project and your enquiry
• To invite you to project previews, launches and viewing appointments
• To assist you with unit selection, booking, financing referrals and the purchase process, if you choose to proceed
• To share information about other property projects that may suit your needs, unless you tell us to stop
• To measure and improve our advertising, including reporting conversions to advertising platforms such as Google Ads
• To keep records, prevent fraud or spam, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations

4. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it to:

• IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, the real estate agency we practise under, and its authorised staff
• Service providers who help us run this Website and manage enquiries, including website hosting (Cloudflare), customer relationship management (Chat Mamba), messaging (WhatsApp) and advertising and analytics (Google)
• The developer and its appointed parties (such as sales administrators, lawyers and panel banks), only when needed to arrange a viewing, booking or purchase you have asked us to proceed with
• Authorities, where required by law, regulation or court order

5. Transfer Outside Malaysia

Some of our service providers store or process data on servers located outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your personal data receives a comparable level of protection, in line with the PDPA.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

This Website and the third-party services it uses (such as Google Ads, Google Fonts and Google Maps) may use cookies, local or session storage and similar technologies to remember your visit source, measure advertising performance and display embedded content. To stop receiving marketing messages, simply reply "STOP" to any of our WhatsApp messages or tell us directly. We may charge a fee for data access requests as permitted under the PDPA, and we will respond within the time required by law.
